APPLICATION
SIC heat exchange is widely used in chemical,pharmaceutical and other fields of corrosive environment,it belongs to a new material heat exchange,and the tube material is made by pressureless sintering process.It has strong corrosion resistance, high heat exchange efficiency,long service life,high sealing cleanliness,strong resistance to thermal shock and other significant characteristics,and has a very high cost performance.

More excellent thermal conductivity than other material. At the same heat exchange efficiency, less heat exchange area,smaller equipment size.

With wear resistance treatment The silicon carbide sealing structure adopts single tube plate and double tube plate structure. The tube plate material is steel lined PFA, the thickness of basic metal tube plate≧ 30mm, and the thickness of laminated PFA ≧ 10mm. The sealing sleeve independently developed by our company has better sealing effect and is suitable for the occasion of relatively high temperature.
